Agreement & Setup
After the call, we’ll send over a simple agreement. Once it’s signed and payment is complete, we’ll get everything set up for a smooth working relationship.

You can begin submitting design requests right away. We’ll also confirm the best way to communicate so everything runs smoothly. We’ll also meet with you regularly to ensure we remain aligned.
FAQs
Once you pick a plan, we’ll get on a kick-off call to understand your agency’s needs, design preferences, and how you like to collaborate. This helps us integrate easily into your team. Next, we’ll send an agreement for you to sign before proceeding to make payment.
Each design task is estimated based on the actual work time required. A typical non-complex design takes about 1.5 hours. More complex designs may take longer. The turnaround time (e.g., 24 hours) is not part of the hours used, it only refers to how soon you receive the completed design.
If you exhaust your allocated hours for the month, you have two options: Purchase additional hours at £12.50/hour or wait until the next month when your hours reset.
No, unused hours do not roll over. Each plan is designed for a specific monthly usage.
You can request a wide range of graphic designs such as social media graphics, ad creatives, website banners, presentations, brochures, and branding materials. We’re unable to provide UI/UX design services or complex illustrations like 3D renderings or hand-drawn artwork. If you're unsure whether your request fits, just ask—we're happy to clarify.
