JP & CO Holdings, a prominent real estate and consultancy agency, approached our agency with an important goal: to create a clear and compelling brand identity. Despite their extensive range of services, they lacked a consistent visual identity that effectively communicated their core values and business essence. This inconsistency made it difficult for them to build trust and credibility with their target audience. Our Process
To address JP & CO Holdings' branding challenges, we explored their goals, values, and market position to create a unique brand identity that connects with their audience. We designed a stylized "JP" icon resembling a house, symbolising their real estate focus, with clean lines and geometric shapes for a modern look. The negative space forms a slanted roof, evoking stability, reliability, and growth. A bold, confident typeface complements the geometric icon, while a deep blue hue reflects professionalism and trustworthiness, and a gold accent adds sophistication and luxury.
