identity that accurately communicates Nzuri Developers' values, vision, and unique selling
proposition to their target audience.

We commenced with conducting interviews with the founders to glean insights into their
values, vision, and mission. Next, we carried out extensive research into their competitors to
identify ways to differentiate opportunities of differentiation. The goal was to create a brand
identity that resonated with their upscale audience, establishing trust and credibility while
setting them apart in the luxury construction market. From symbolism to typography, every
element was meticulously designed to capture Nzuri's essence of precision, warmth, and
luxury, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
Outcome
In the first months of rolling out the rebrand across key touchpoints, Nzuri experienced
increased engagement and interest from high-end homebuyers, investors, and partners. The
new logo, featuring a blossoming flower within an isometric hexagon, symbolised growth,
elegance, and cultural richness, reflecting Nzuri's commitment to luxury living. This visual
identity, and a rich blue and gold colour palette and custom typography, elevated Nzuri's
brand. The implementation of brand guidelines ensured consistency across all marketing
channels and touchpoints, ensuring cohesiveness.
